0 - 699 : Rs.100
699 and above : Free
We generally make sure to process your order within 2 days max. But sometimes we're facing heavy traffic, and it might take a bit longer. But don't worry, we'll always let you know in advance. Our products are sent by Air or Surface from Mumbai to anywhere in the world through our courier partners FedEx, Bluedart, Delhivery, Indiapost and more.

Cash on Delivery
The COD (Cash on Delivery) facility is available within India for all orders above Rs.699 to Rs.5000. Post placing the order, you may receive a confirmation call/email. Once confirmed, the order shall be processed. An additional COD Processing fee of Rs.100 shall be applicable at checkout.
NOTE : Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, COD has been disabled to enable contactless deliveries.
The international shipping rates may vary depending on your country and shall be available before checkout. Shipments outside of India may incur customs fees depending on your country of residence. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. Thinkpot does not take responsibility for possible fees. We have a very simple return policy. If you've received a damaged/defective product, please email us your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) along with an image of the damaged/defective product received within 48 hours of receiving the product. We shall send you a replacement within 7 working days.
1. Write to us at email@example.com with Subject as "Return : Damaged/Defective - Order Number" and let us know the reason for return.
2. Wait for our response. We make sure to reply within 24 business hours. We'll provide instructions for the returns procedure.
